Hi,

I have an rt2400 device (smc pcmcia) that has been working very good with previous ubuntu releases and also with puppy linux 3.01, all on the same laptop. Now I have upgraded my laptop to xubuntu 8.04 and now the device can't connect anymore to my router. When I ping my router (on 192.168.2.1) I get "Destination Host Unreachable"

[code1eiluhxm]ronald@ronald-laptop:~$ ping 192.168.2.1
PING 192.168.2.1 (192.168.2.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
From 192.168.2.32 icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.2.32 icmp_seq=4 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.2.32 icmp_seq=5 Destination Host Unreachable
[/code1eiluhxm]
All telltails look good iwconfig, dmesg, lsmod all show expected results.

The installed driver is the ubuntu standard preinstalled version.

What is up here?

Cheers, Ronald
