i'm using, or at least trying to, linux 2.6.30 on a mpc5200b board (Genesi Efika). The board has a PCI slot with a Ralink rt2500 board fitted in. The goal is to build an ad-hoc network with the OSLR daemon managing the routing among the stations.

The system is almost unusable as I'm experiencing very high instability (please see the attached files). I have tried several versions and flavors (vanilla kernel, SuSE- and DENX-patched ones), but nothing seems to change.

I really can't tell if this is due to the driver or some serious bug in the kernel, could somebody help please?

Thanks in advance
