I have Hercules HWNP-300 wireless card (http//www.hercules.com/us/wifi/bdd/p/7 ... hwnp-300-/
). It is based on RaLink 2870 chipset. After system booting I have some strange messages in dmesg sometimes
[codem69dy82k]phy0 -> rt2x00pci_regbusy_read: Error - Indirect register access failed: offset=0x00007010, value=0xffffff03
phy0 -> rt2x00pci_regbusy_read: Error - Indirect register access failed: offset=0x00007010, value=0xffffff03[/codem69dy82k]
But these messages are not appearing every time I boot. Every time the following message appears (perhaps when wireless interface is going to be up)
[codem69dy82k]phy0 -> rt2800pci_mcu_status: Error - MCU request failed, no response from hardware[/codem69dy82k]
Wi-fi card is working in AP mode using hostapd compiled from bleeding edge. Because of this error AP is not set up some times after booting (devices see the AP but can't even associate with it). I have Debian 6.0.3 installed and kernel 3.1.5 compiled from kernel.org. rt2x00 driver is compiled from bleeding edge from linuxwireless.org. My hostapd config is following
How can I avoid this bug? Thanks in advance.
