Hi,

I am not shure what driver am I using. I have ubuntu 7.10 and it loads rt73usb and rt2x00usb modules. Is this a legacy driver?

I seem not to be able to create an access point.

when I try to start hostapd, I get the following

[quote1r47igyw] /usr/sbin/hostapd -d -P fsd /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Configuration file /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
ctrl_interface_group=0
ioctl[PRISM2_IOCTL_PRISM2_PARAM] Operation not supported
Could not enable hostapd mode for interface wlan0
hostap driver initialization failed.
wlan0 Unable to setup interface.
Flushing old station entries
Deauthenticate all stations
rmdir[ctrl_interface] No such file or directory[/quote1r47igyw]

Does this driver support AP or am I doing something wrong?

If you need a config file, I can post it later.
