Everything built and firmware in /lib/firmware.
But when running hostapd -dd /etc/hostapd.conf i get:

So is my card not supported or am I doing something wrong?

It was a config error from my part. It was setup with hw_mode = a, when it should be g. Also changed to channel 7 and now it works
