Well I see a lot of debug code in your patches, having seperate patches to
remove those printk statements isn't a very clean solution, so please next
time try to cleanup the patches first. For now I'll fixup all patches I am going
to merge, but please keep it in mind for next time. :)

Also you based some patches on the patch from Alban Browaeys without the
proper signed-off-by statement indicating he was involved in the development
process. I'll add it now, since I am going to merge all your patches into a single
commit.
