Hi,

I have an rt2500 wifi adapter in my PC and I've noticed the issue
where the default connection speed is set to 1M and never rises to 11M
or 54M. I would like to help the developers search for a root  cause
(maybe even a solution) to this bug. I wanted to know if there were
any existing documents or conversations concerning this bug that I
could look through.

I'd like to keep this message short, so if anyone has some information
on this bug they can forward to me I would appreciate it or if you
have any suggestions on where I should look in the source code I would
appreciate that as well.
