No, but as you can see RT2800PCI_PCI and RT2800PCI_SOC are both defaulting to Y
but will not cause a driver to be build.
The trick is in the dependencies, RT2800PCI_PCI is only enabled if you have PCI enabled,
and if that is true, then the driver option RT2800PCI is visible for selection (which does
build a driver if selected).
