Well I would think we remove the depends statement from CONFIG_RT2800PCI_SOC
give it a subject so the user can see it in menuconfig. And then it is
a valid option,
and makes everybody happy.

After the SOC devices are merged into the kernel, we can make it an automatic
selection again.
