Helmut, 

I had missed that patch, I just applied it and I have been running a
continuous stress test with couple of clients. I will try to get my
network of 50 clients up and running and continue the test. It seems to
only show up when I have all the clients receiving data from the AP.

At the moment I only have Ralink PCIe based radios being used in SoftAP
mode.

That's bad.  I had fixed a bug causing this error for rt2800usb in
20ed3166c84d145589a89d8cde12aa32cf2d17f4,
maybe there is something similar in one of your drivers.

Do you have other network hardware besides the rt2800pci?
