Measured with powertop (wakeup/s) and compat-wireless-2012-03-16 running
802.11n / 2.4 GHz / 40 MHz / WPA2 / CCMP:

70 	idle 	(powersaving on)
21 	idle 	(powersaving off)


I can't see any difference during load (netperf):

24000 	load 	9 Mbit/s (powersaving on or off)



Comparison with rt5572sta (default configuration):

120 	idle
1500 	load	14Mbit/s


This shows to me:
There's potential for optimisation :-)
