[rt2x00-users] nice phy0 process

I was wondering if you think it would be a good idea to run the phy0 process with a nicer priority like 21. During big transfers on a slow cpu (32-bit ARM, 500MHz) it can go up as high as 10% cpu utilization. The nicer priority would minimize the impact on normal user processes.
