[rt2x00-users] rt2800pci: broken for 5GHz AP - throughput issues, stalls and completely dead device

The stalls involved with completely dead device can be seen since
compat-wireless-2012-02-10. compat-wireless-2012-02-06 doesn't show this
problem. Unfortunately, there are no other compat-wireless-versions
between compat-wireless-2012-02-06 and compat-wireless-2012-02-10.

Meanwhile I detected the following entry in messages:

phy0 -> rt2x00lib_rxdone_read_signal: Warning - Frame received with
unrecognized signal, mode=0x0000, signal=0x0000, type=4.

But this entry seems not to be directly responsible for the dead device
as I can see it even with the versions prior compat-wireless-2012-02-10.
