It can be used on RT3662/RT3883 SoC based devices and the built-in wireless MAC
of these SoCs can work on both bands.

There are several concurrent dual-band capable consumer devices (Asus RT-N56U,
D-Link DIR-645, TEW-69[12]GR) which are based on these SoCs. In these devices
the built-in wireless MAC is used for one band only and the support for the
other band is implemented by a separate PCIe device. Without the patch, the
driver announces that the built-in device is dual-band capable even if only one
band is usable in practice.

Because these SoCs are not supported by the rt2x00 driver yet, the patch should
be skipped probably.
